Shipping and returns


For shipping outside Lithuania, please contact us. We ship anywhere in Lithuania. You get free shipping in Lithuania if your cart exceeds 200 euros. We ship out your order only when we receive your full payment.



  1. Product can be slightly different than stated in the product pictures.


  1. You can get a full refund if you do not like your purchased products, or if you ordered wrong dimensions, we can change to suit your needs.


  1. Products can be refunded or changed when stated so in this Republic of Lithuania law: 2001 m. rugpjūčio 17 d. įsakymas Nr. 258 patvirtintomis ,,Daiktų pardavimo ir paslaugų teikimo, kai sutartys sudaromos naudojant ryšio priemones, taisyklėmis“


  1. Products bought via internet, the client can return in 7 work days from receiving the products. Shipping costs are NOT refunded. Return shipping costs are payed by the client.


  1. You can get a refund or change the product only when the product is:

5.1 new and has not been used or damaged in any way.

5.2 product should still be in its original packaging including all labels.

5.3 if in the product package there are additional parts, when returned, all parts should be present in the package.


  1. Deformation to the package related to opening the product is not considered as damage.


  1. On return the client must provide purchase information: VAT invoice or check receipt.


  1. You can return your purchased products by contacting us by email


  1. Refund does not contain shipping costs.


  1. Products can only be refunded only if the requirements mentioned above are met. We will complete the refund in 14 work days after we receive back the products.


  1. During sales, return policy can be adjusted. These adjustments will be available for review during every sale.
